Fulfilment Emails

Hi All!
We finally received the fix of the silk flowers last week, and we've been at it shipping all of you guys' packages and adding tracking numbers to the pledges. You should be getting emails from Backerkit with your tracking information within the next 24 hours if you haven't already.
International shipping note: Expected shipping times within the US can be up to a week after you get your tracking, but international shipments can take as long as 1-2 months! We get a lot of questions about tracking packages after they leave the US, but they often don't scan packages after they leave the port (so the tracking shows up as having stopped). They still arrive to their destination after they go through customs and all that :)

Glaze Lily and Silk Flower Updates

Hi everyone! Our apologies for the lack of responses to comments. We just flew back from Anime Matsuri in Texas, and we're back at it :) We've gotten some questions about why some people received their pins already and others have not. As mentioned in a previous post, any pledge that includes silk flowers are delayed because of the color issues, but everything else has been shipped out!
Additionally, we've just been told by our manufacturer that unfortunately the glaze lilies do not glow in the dark :( We've purchased too many to make a restock, so we're going to go ahead with the regular pins that do not glow. If you have any issues with it and would like to swap for a different design or get a refund for the glaze lily, please let us know!
Pin Delay

Hi everyone!
I'd like to first update with the fact that almost all the pins are printed, packaged, and ready to ship. The ONLY pin that has issues right now is the Silk Flower, which is one of the most heavily requested pin designs, so it's delaying our entire shipping process at the moment TT oTT
Incorrect Color
The manufacturer got a color wrong on the entire batch, so we're waiting for a reprint of it to get the color perfect. Just wanted to be transparent on why the pins haven't shipped yet even though they've all been ordered!
Last Call for Changes

We've received the 2nd batch of pin samples today, and we're getting ready to lock orders and charge cards. This is the 48 hour last call notice, but we wanted to make sure you guys got a chance to see the updated sample photos and final designs for the remaining pins before you made your decisions. :)

Additionally, 92% of you guys have finished your surveys! If you haven't yet, please do so soon :) But we're not locking orders until we get photos of the final pin samples so you all can still have a chance to make a decision!
